I went to Sheridan College, in Ontario. It's better known for its animation, but you can get degrees in Illustration there, too!

I'm afraid I don't know much about US schools, so I can't be of much help. Perhaps the forum would be a good bet. Regardless, good luck choosing a school that is right for you!
