More Beauty and the Beast stuff - just a headshot of the Beast looking at a rose. Nothing too exciting.

I'm pretty busy with school and stuff, so this is probably the last update for a while (I feel way too guilty if I'm drawing for fun when I have work to do) . I started this one a month ago, which is why it's done now.

It's only really half of the intended picture, but I don't know if I'll actually get around to doing the other half anytime soon. Might as well upload it now.

Wow, very beautiful shading and great work on the face - it is beastly but still retains human features... the fang gives the imression of a crooked smile which I find fitting for the beast... and I adore the way you made him grab the rose, there's a suggestion he'll crush it in a second, he's clinging to it so compulsively. Great job!

Thank you very much. I am very glad to know how much came out in the picture.

I hadn't really thought of the tusk that way, but I can certainly see it now - if I ever go back and do more pictures with Beast I'll try to consciously use that impression, because I like the way it sounds. Thanks!
